Q. Where are the investors from?
A. The investors are from a mixture of backgrounds including private equity companies, business angel networks or are private individuals who meet the High Net Worth Individual or Sophisticated Investor requirements. Between them they cover the majority of market sectors and are looking to invest anything from £20,000 to £100,000+.

Q. What happens if someone steals my idea?
A. inbizvest are not liable for any ideas that are stolen by other members as we offer a private option for all information. When submitting a business plan the member can choose to limit who has access to it.

Q. I have forgotten my password - what can I do?
A. Members can retrieve their password by clicking on Forgotten Your Password? Click here. on the login page and following the instructions. You will need to enter the email address that we have on file for your account. We'll then email your password to that address.

Q. How do I change my password?
A. Click on Account Preferences under MyAccount. Enter your old password, your new password, confirm your new password and click “Update”. You can now log in using your new password.

Q. How do I change my personal information?
A. Click on Account Preferences under MyAccount. You can then add or change personal details and click “Update” to save the changes.

Enhanced profile

Q. What notice do I have to give to cancel my enhanced profile?
A. You can cancel at any time and we will stop your payments within 48hrs

Q. I don't want investors to see all the details of my plan is there anyway to block it?
A. Yes, in Account Preferences are a series of tick boxes for your basic and enhanced profile. When you un-tick a box the corresponding section of the profile will not be visible to others.

Q. I don't want my profile to appear for anyone can I hide it?
A. Yes, in Account Preferences change the button next to Display your business profile to no. This will hide your profile.
