What we do !
1. All investors sign the inbizvest terms & conditions which includes confidentiality clauses to protect your idea.
2. You can limit your profile so it is only seen by registered investors (this is an option in your account preferences).
3. You can hide parts of your profile so they cannot be seen (this is an option in your account preferences).
4. For all enhanced profile users we provide a free Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) template which you can use to send to investors for signature prior to providing them with information.
What you can do !
1. If you have not protected your idea (patent, trademark etc) then we advice you to do this first.
2 .If you cannot protect the idea then limit what information you provide in your business summary and plan.
